The first series by The Medley Institute »A/1« deals with the traditional technic of dying from Asia called Shibori.
»A/1« contains several cloths with individual pattern. For the exhibition it was not only shown the final product, as well the wood which you need to dye the textiles.
The wood became a co-product and tells the same story in a different way.The Medley Institute
